African food is entering the mainstream in restaurants, in retail, in policy, and in cultural dialogue.London is home to over 1.5 million people of African heritage, a thriving African restaurant and food culture scene, and institutional networks spanning government, development finance, and creative industries, it is where Africa's food leadership meets global reach.
